Phoenix Wallet – Beta.13 Release

Phoenix Wallet – Full Node version (Proof of Concept)
A 1-click installation for an (optional) Full Node Version of Phoenix Wallet is being developed. It’s in a very early stage. Plans are to to release it together with BRS V3.
